Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Campfire S’mores RV Services, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy helps us manage scheduled appointments while keeping things fair for our customers and our technicians.
Scheduled Appointment Cancellations
Customer cancellations may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
48 Hours or More Notice
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable bank or payment processing fees.
Within 24 Hours
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund, minus any applicable bank or payment processing fees.
Less Than 24 Hours
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments, may be non-refundable.
RV Park Access
If you are staying at an RV park, you are responsible for confirming that the park allows mobile RV repair services and permits RV technicians to work on-site. If our technician arrives and access is denied by the RV park, the appointment may be considered a completed service call. No refund will be issued, and a $75 service call fee will apply. Any fees charged by the RV park for technician access are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the customer's invoice.
Service Call & Additional Fees
Our standard service fees include:
Service Call Fee: $75 within a 40-mile radius
Hourly Rate: $175, billed in 15-minute increments
Distance Fee: $2 per mile for each mile beyond the first 40 miles
RV Park Fees: Any fees charged by an RV park for technician access are billed to the customer
Emergency/Holiday Services: Additional fees may apply for services requested outside regular business hours or on holidays
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service or repair.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Zelle, and cash.
We do not currently accept checks, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
