Welcome to Campfire S’mores RV Services. By using this website or scheduling services with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
Campfire S’mores RV Services provides mobile RV repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and related services. Services are provided based on the customer's requested service and the condition of the RV at the time of inspection.
An estimate or service discussion does not guarantee that additional repairs or parts will not be required. If additional work is needed, we will communicate with the customer as appropriate before proceeding.
Service Locations
Campfire S’mores provides mobile service within its designated service area.
A standard $75 service call fee applies within a 40-mile radius. A distance fee of $2 per mile applies for each mile beyond the first 40 miles.
Additional fees may apply for emergency services outside regular business hours and on holidays.
RV Park Access
Customers staying at an RV park are responsible for confirming that the park permits mobile RV repair and allows technicians to perform work on-site.
If access is denied when our technician arrives, no refund will be issued and a $75 service call fee will apply.
Any fees charged by an RV park for technician access are the responsibility of the customer.
Appointments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service location, and relevant information about the RV and requested service.
Customers should ensure that the RV is reasonably accessible and that any required permissions have been obtained before the scheduled appointment.
Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, previous service calls, emergency situations, or other circumstances outside our control.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service or repair unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Zelle, and cash.
We do not currently accept checks, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information about the RV and requested service
Providing safe and reasonable access to the RV
Obtaining required permission from an RV park, campground, property owner, or other third party
Disclosing known issues or circumstances that may affect the requested service
Paying all applicable service, labor, distance, park, parts, and other agreed-upon charges
Parts & Additional Repairs
The availability and cost of parts may vary. Certain repairs may require additional parts, labor, diagnostic time, or return visits.
When additional work is identified, we will communicate the scope and associated costs before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or error-free.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Campfire S’mores RV Services is not responsible for losses or damages arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by weather, traffic, RV park restrictions, unavailable parts, or other circumstances beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions occassionally. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
